Refund Policy

Please note that all payments for massage bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we offer the option to rebook your session at a later date, subject to availability. Unused portion of the packages are non-exchangeable for another time.

1. Non-Refundable Payments:

• Once a booking is confirmed, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reason.

2. Rebooking Option:

• If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us in advance to arrange a rebooking.

• Rebooking is subject to our availability and must be done within a specific timeframe (within 30 days of the original booking).

3. Advance Notice Required:

• To qualify for rebooking, we kindly ask for advance notice (at least 24 hours before your scheduled session).

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, it is required that you provide us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are nett, quoted in NZD and are subject to change without prior notice.
